Whether you would like to lose a few pounds, finish a marathon before age 40 or complete a full distance triathlon we can make a personal training plan to fit your needs.


After an intake meeting we will create a training plan for the first week. Based on your results, the plan for next week will be created.


Throughout the year we keep your goals in sight. To ensure you are well prepared and ready for D-Day!


Unlimited contact with the coach. If a training doesn't fit in your schedule or you have questions on how to perform a certain exercise. You have always the ability to contact the coach.
